We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on it.

Our guarantee includes a one-time free service for any potential damage to emerald pieces. This means that if your emerald jewelry experiences any issues within 180 days, we will take care of it at no additional cost to you.

1. The JJ Exchange Window

We offer exchanges or store credits within 7 days of your delivery date. Please note that all sales are final for monetary refunds; however, our team is dedicated to helping you find an alternative piece you will love.

2. The GIA Expert Standard

Our collections are curated and inspected under the direction of our Lead Designer, a GIA-certified Master Gemologist. This ensures that every diamond and gemstone meets our rigorous requirements for quality and brilliance.

Please Note: While our Lead Designer holds GIA credentials, individual GIA Laboratory Grading Reports are not provided for items purchased online unless explicitly stated in the product description. This expert-led vetting process allows us to offer hand-selected, high-quality jewelry at an exceptional boutique value.

3. Special Orders & Final Sale Items

Due to the personalized nature of certain pieces, the following items are ineligible for exchange or store credit:

Custom & Personalized: Any jewelry featuring engravings, bespoke alterations, or custom designs is Final Sale.
Rings: As each ring ordered online is considered a Special Order sized specifically for the client, these are subject to a 35% restocking fee should an exchange or cancellation (while in production) be requested.
Variations: Any modification to a piece that is not available as an "as-is" purchase on our website is considered a Custom Order and is Final Sale.

4. Condition & Inspection

To protect the value of our jewelry, all items undergo a professional inspection before an exchange is approved.

Pristine Condition: Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and in the original JJ Jewelry packaging.
Exclusions: Pieces showing signs of wear, damage, or unauthorized resizing will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Credits: Approved exchanges and store credits will be processed for the item’s value, excluding original and return shipping fees.

5. Secure Return Process

To ensure your jewelry is protected and fully insured during transit, all returns must use a JJ Jewelry Insured Return Label.

Request Approval: Contact us to receive your pre-paid, insured return label.
Packaging: Place the jewelry in its original box inside a rigid shipping carton.
Domestic Exchanges: We provide complimentary shipping for your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will incur standard shipping and insurance fees.
International Orders: Return shipping and new order shipping fees apply to all transactions.

Store credits are valid for use on our website or at our showroom. JJ Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements listed above.
