Shipping
How fast do you ship?
All U.S. orders ship via insured FedEx 2-day delivery, complimentary. In-stock pieces leave our Miami showroom within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship in 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship most pieces internationally. Some items are restricted by destination. Email shop@jjjewelryshop.com with the style name to confirm availability and receive a quote on shipping and duties.
Is my package insured?
Every JJ shipment is fully insured in transit at no extra cost. If anything happens between our showroom and your door, we handle the replacement directly with FedEx.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes. All fine jewelry shipments require a direct adult signature on delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
What if FedEx returns my package after failed delivery?
If a package is returned after multiple failed delivery attempts, we contact you to arrange reshipment. A flat reshipping fee starting at $25 applies and is billed before the second shipment.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to states where JJ Jewelry is required to collect. Tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 14 days from delivery to exchange your piece or receive a JJ store credit (no expiration). Direct refunds are not offered. Full details on our Return & Exchange Policy page.
Can I get a refund?
Our policy is store credit and exchange, not direct refund. For exceptional circumstances such as an item lost in transit or a piece received damaged in shipping, our team will work with you directly to find a fair resolution.
How do I start a return?
Email shop@jjjewelryshop.com or message your client advisor within 14 days of delivery. We issue a pre-paid insured FedEx label, you pack the piece in its original packaging, drop at any FedEx location.
What if my piece arrived damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the piece and the packaging. We replace at no cost and arrange the insured return of the damaged item.
Can I return a custom or engraved piece?
Engraved, personalized, and custom-designed pieces are final sale. We strongly recommend a consultation with a JJ client advisor before placing any custom order.
Sizing
How do I figure out my ring size?
Visit our JJ Ring Size Guide for three methods: the string method, measuring an existing ring, or using our US size chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, chat with us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Can I resize my ring later?
Most rings can be resized. Resizing starts at $60 depending on style and complexity. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for resize requests after the initial 14-day exchange window.
What is the restocking fee on rings?
All rings are considered special orders due to sizing variance and carry a 15% restocking fee on exchange. The fee is waived when sizing was confirmed using our official JJ Size Guide before purchase.
Can I exchange a ring for a different style?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. The standard 15% restocking fee applies. The new piece is invoiced at current retail price, and your store credit covers the balance.
Care
How do I clean my JJ jewelry at home?
Use warm water with a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush. Gently scrub, rinse, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on any piece with gemstones.
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry on?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, applying lotion, or applying fragrance. Chlorine, salt water, lotion, and perfume can dull gold and damage gemstones over time.
How do I care for emerald pieces?
Emeralds are softer and more porous than diamonds. Wipe only with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, ultrasonic cleaners, and any chemical exposure. Remove emerald pieces before high-impact activities.
How do I care for pearls, opals, or mother of pearl?
Pearls, opals, and mother of pearl should never be submerged in water or exposed to chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. Store separately to prevent scratching.
Does JJ offer professional cleaning?
Yes, by appointment at our Miami showroom. Drop off and pickup typically within 24 to 48 hours. Complimentary for items purchased on jjjewelryshop.com within the first 120 days.
Repair & Warranty
What does the JJ warranty cover?
Complimentary repairs for items purchased on jjjewelryshop.com within 120 days of delivery. After 120 days, or for damage caused by misuse, repair and shipping fees apply (typically starting at $30 plus shipping).
Is there a special warranty for emerald pieces?
Yes. Emerald pieces include a one-time complimentary repair within 180 days of delivery for any damage to the stone. We recommend removing emerald pieces during any high-impact activity.
Can I have my JJ piece repaired by another jeweler?
We strongly advise against this. Any work performed by another jeweler voids the JJ warranty, and we cannot accept responsibility for pieces worked on elsewhere.
How do I send a piece in for repair?
Reach out to your JJ client advisor or email shop@jjjewelryshop.com. We provide a pre-paid insured FedEx label for U.S. clients. International clients are responsible for two-way shipping.
Custom Orders
Can I customize an existing piece?
Yes. We offer customization on metal type, gemstone color, length, and minor design adjustments. Email shop@jjjewelryshop.com or book a showroom appointment to discuss.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom and made-to-order pieces typically take 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation. Complex or one-of-a-kind designs may require longer. Your client advisor confirms the timeline before production begins.
Can I return a custom piece?
Custom, engraved, and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend a video consultation with a JJ client advisor before confirming any custom design.

Where is the JJ Jewelry showroom?
Our Miami showroom is at 4770 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 902, Miami FL 33137. The showroom is open by appointment only. Book an appointment.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes, the showroom is by appointment only. This way each client receives focused attention from our advisors. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
Can I see a piece before buying online?
