Yes. Every JJ creation is crafted in solid 14K or 18K gold with natural diamonds and gemstones, sourced responsibly and made to last a lifetime.
At JJ Jewelry, we want you to be completely pleased with your purchase.
For the holiday season, we offer exchanges or store credits within 15 days of the December 25th. Refunds are not available. All exchanges must be approved in advance and apply only to items purchased through our website or Miami showroom.
Each returned piece will be carefully inspected before acceptance. Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Approved exchanges or store credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding shipping fees, and must include the original JJ Jewelry box and packaging.
To ensure your jewelry’s safety, we’ll provide a pre-paid insured FedEx return label.
Custom and personalized designs, including engravings, alterations, or made-to-order creations, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
All ring orders are considered special orders due to sizing variations and are subject to a 35% restocking fee if an exchange or cancellation is requested.
If your made-to-order item is still in production and you haven’t yet received it, we can cancel the order and issue a store credit.
